The restaurant does not provide lunch citing the reason that a big group is coming, so we cant serve you. Buffet will start only after arrival of group. They refused for tea also.

The property was near to market, which was a positive side. Tried their restaurants food, which was pretty good. Tea was below average. Property was neat and clean, but the rooms specially bedsheets, pillow covers were full of dirt. We insisted on changing the bedsheet, but no luck; all were same. I didn't like the room tbh, but apart from that service, management was good and helpful

Hotel is located around 2 km from mahabaleshwar market and it has beautiful ambience. Food quality is also excellent. All staff is police and humble. You can reach out to elephant head point in just 5 minutes. Overall its a great stay

we select and stay in cottage room for 4 days in the may end. we found clean room daily. Restaurant breakfast and food is awesome. Parking and Play area is separately with enough space located only 1 km at Mahabaleshwar. Staff is very cooperative and Guidable for tourists places.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIF
I had very bad experience staying at this hotel. Since the time of check in the room service and amenities was very poor and substandard as compared to the tariff. After check in I had to call reception multiple times for - 1) Body soap/shower gel is not refilled, 2) No tea coffee sachet 3) after refilling the tea/coffee sachet, I realised there is no cup available. Until this time I was somewhat okay, however the experience on the following day morning in the dining area was like cherry on the top, they denied my complementary breakfast even after showing the make my trip booking confirmation receipt PDF copy. As a helpless customer I then approached the reception, but to my surprise they again reconfirmed the level of third class service this hotel provides - the manager was very rude and with no courtesy of managing front desk, he spontaneously told me only the owner can help and made me again realize that this was my biggest mistake. However, I must say the owner was kind enough to accept the mistake and also offered room service break fast. However, after all the chaos and drama, I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND I WOUL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Property location is in the center of the city but scary forest around the room, hot water not available for 24 hrs, no ventilation in the room, no mobile network and wifi network in the room also most of the cable channels not work showed poor connection.

familyReception is not attentive and cooperative. They charge money for driver without giving bill. Hot water timings is very limited. Very few items are available for breakfast. Room service is not good.

Hotel was not properly maintained, cleanliness was not up to the mark, no bathing soap or jel, no shampoo, towels were to old, lawn of hotel was not maintained, and most important no room service. It was not worth it,, food in the restaurant was not good. Only good thing is staff was humble and cooperative.
