Review Of Hotel Madhuban

Worst experience not expected from make my trip how could they evaluate such worst hotel in their stay list. Need thorough evaluation before nominating any hotels since it impacted lot on customers and should not feel regret to anyone after going through make my trip. Have already informed the same to to your customer care on same day. Please check my feedback in system

There is no internet in mahabaleshwar, but we spotted the hotel easily as it was attached to the main road. The rooms were clean and tidy but there was no lift available so please take the room on first or second floor if you have heavy luggage or you are travel-ling with old aged people. And if you want a lake view, take a room on second or third floor because the veena lake is not visible from first floor due to bushes and tall trees. Our overall stay was good and the staff was friendly to help you. But the playing area wasn't maintained and the swings and slides were covered with bird droppings. Their breakfast time was too late but they gave us breakfast early on our request. There was plenty of parking area for cars.

Worst hotel ever booked on mmtc it lacks basic facilities such as hot water to us advise not to book this hotel

They need to improve to give a good service and improve the staff.

Its a Hotel to stay if one have no option.

Location of the Hotel is fantastic. It is not far away from market. Food quality was excellent but limited items available for order. One or two items available in the breakfast but food quality is good. This is very near to Venna Lake. You may go by waking. Staffs of the Hotel is limited but they manage everything. Hotel is not providing shaving kit and teeth brush and paste. You have to carry these things. Budget wise this is good property

Hotel location is ideal. Staff is co operative. Need to upgrade food quality and variety.

The Hotel lacks the services of a Hotel should provide. Breakfast has no options and its limited to 1 dish. No toiletries provided. Food is OK. Not value for money.

Hotel was nice. Location is very beautiful surrounded by the greenery and Venna Lake view.

Near to market, near to Lake 5 minutes.

Overall Hotel experience was good. The hotel has awesome nature view from 3 floor. The location of hotel is little far from city hence you have to walk for basis services bus, taxi, marke, t etc. Hotel has to be notified in advance for your meals. We had booked for AC room but AC was NOT working.

Booked for a Day’s stay with Wife and Kid. The hotel is in pathetic shape, dirty rooms. Unclean applotory. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast or hot water before 8Am. Their nothing called room service. In All It’s an utter waste of money. Make My Trip team you guys should have a better rating as many times the same is misleading

Room was clean, lake view fantastic and give more positive energy. Room service was, bathroom was clean, Hot water facility time was fixed breakfast was good. Hotel staff behaviour helping. Bed sheets and blankets was location of the hotel on the road. Lake is near the hotel. Market is not far the hotel

Had a Good view of the lake infact all rooms of the total face towards the lake. Little far away from the main market area, Breakfast was good. Switch socket were less and not working. You will get Hot water between 7 A. M to 10 A. M only.

Rooms are good with spectacular view of venna lake and surrounding forest. I think best rooms in Mahabaleshwar as far as view is concerned. Good staff and prompt service. Will strongly recommend. Close proximity to market is another advantage.

Beautiful location , when you open the window you will find wonderful view of the Veena lake surrounded by the mountain ranges ...which will automatically energizes your day... followed by good delicious break fast ...nice welcome and hospitality ...very nice people will ensure you that next time you come to Mahableshwar you have to visit Hotel Madhuban, walking distance from the markets even if you dont have your own vehicle ..you can walk to and from the hotel to the market and Venna lake number of times ...hotel Madhuban has got great property with complete greenery surrounded Gardens and Jhulas for kids ....overall will recommend others if you plan Mahableswar. Do plan your stay at Madhuban...next year ill go same hotel.

I would suggest not to stay at this hotel. There are many other options in Mahabaleshwar to stay at with better facilities and lower prices even in peak season. I have selected this hotel as per its ambient, room type (only one category Deluxe A/c) and condition that they are allowing only couples. When we reach at hotel, ambient was totally different and they took so much time to allot room as they have very limited staff, when I asked to start Air condition by which I could control room temperature as outside weather was so cold due to rain. They reverted like AC is not working since long and in this cold weather there is no need of that. I complaint manager for same and tell him that I have paid for this and why I am not getting such services. Manager reverted me as this facility is only available at hotel and he cannot do anything for this. Also Food was average, in breakfast 1 item was common all 3 days which was only bread and butter. When I asked to service toast bread they answered that toaster is not working, same they will not serve toast bread also they were not serving hot food with reason due to cold weather food do not kept hot much till they serve it to the table. What a rubbish answer & services. Please do not stay in this hotel it is total waste of money Only 1 good thing about is its location, but they have given me room from where I was not able to enjoy view for which hotel is actually located lake and hills. Please do not stay in this hotel it is total waste of money

Hotel is situated at nice location, near to Venna lake and it has lot of greenery and open view. Rooms are ok, main door and bathroom door are almost adjacent and causes inconvenience. Furniture is good but very old type. Cleanliness was maintained. Staying with family was good. They prepared maggi (not in Menu) on our demand. Did not try lunch/dinner in hotel so do not know about that but breakfast was very good. We came by car, and there is lot of parking space available.
