Review Of Serenity Hills by VEO - Part of StayVista

It was my mom's 75th birthday and we decided to celebrate in Serenity villa, and it was a decision I am really happy with. We had a wonderful experience and 2 night stay. Property location: it's just 10-15 mins drive from both Mahabaleshwar market and Mapro garden. Could do better with having a larger / more visible signage at the main road, so that the entry is not missed Property costing: A bit on the higher side if it's a small group. Need to have 15+ people to make it cost efficient. Villa: Huge 6 bedroom villa with a large hallroom for a group gathering. Balconies and external wearing areas are the show stealers, and are the highlight of the villa. Amenities: Good amenities. ACs, Fridge, clean Kitchen and well kept rooms. Indoor play area has TT, carrom, small swimming pool and foosball. Note Swimming pool may not be as it appears in photos, it's in an internal area and is small in size. 3-4 people max can play around in swimming pool (not for a swim) External: Garden area is good and ample space. Can be better maintained Villa Staff: Courteous staff and responsive. The food was delicious, full marks to the chef Stayvista Staff: Before checkin you get added into a WhatsApp group with stayvista Staff for various purposes. The response time could be better. There is 18% GST in absolutely everything, which pinches your pocket. Food in the villa and decoration (for celebration) both attracted GST which was not appreciated. All in all, it was a great experience and would like to visit again if we come over
