2 huge bedrooms, 1 decent sized room. 3 huge/ clean bathrooms for the individual rooms, an additional bathroom near the kitchen as well as one on the outside. The pool is decent sized considering its a villa and very clean and well maintained. Can easily accommodate 10-15 people in the three bedrooms and the couches. Easy to find and a great caretaker navnath. The outside and the pool area could literally host 50- 60 people
