Room is too basic with no amenities like kettle, water bottle, towels, toiletries, handwash, soaps, hot water, AC. The staff was very rude and they don’t do proper housekeeping too. Worst ever stay for the amount I paid.

Very very poor sta
Hotel location is good on main market, rooms are dirty and smelly, hotel staff are not at all friendly has lots of attitude. Entrance of hotel gate is too crowdy. And even hotel staff were taking alcohol in hotel premises with arrogant and rude behaviour.

Dirty rooms and unclean washroom
Room was dirty even the bedsheets and comforter were not clean. No switch to turn off the lights had to remove key everytime

The staff were cooperative and helpful. But the infrastructure needs better maintenance. Also room service can be better given they have a mini restaurant working

Excellent stay
Our stay was really good. Family room was very clean and good. Staff also was really co-operative. We reached at the Hotel quite early, but the manager was very kind to give us the guest room to freshen-up.

Comfortable for budget travelers
Walking distance from bus stand. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to spend pleasure time with good food and marketing. This is better place place to stay in.

Worst experience ever
Hi team, I booked a deluxe room with ac, our check in time was 9:00 am but we received an alternative room at 11:15 for temporary basis and after 11:40 we got the room. The staff was very weird and very rude. They literally told to book another room after so much of delay and then provided the room. The services of the hotel was not good at all. I also complained about it to make my trip. Please look into the matter.
