Review Of Hotel Sai Palace

Just good. Not so great. Hotel is located around 1 km from panchgani city. Food is good. But hot water is available only in the morning from 7 am to 11 am.

Poor cleanliness. No food after 10PM. Hot water only till 10AM.

Very pathetic experience. I stayed with my family. How Make My Trip can associate with such poor quality hotel? In fact, I should get my money refunded by Make My Trip. Bathroom is too bad, towels of such extremely poor quality should not be given; no hot water after just a few hours in the morning; if hot water is required after these few hours is charged extra; room is very small without any cupboard or almirah, TV screen is too small; apparently no one is there to attend after 10. 30 pm till morning; and no good view from room. However, the approach to extend hospitality by the hotel manager is good.

The room facilities was provided very good hotel staff was very nice and co-operative, also food provided to us was very good inside the hotel and behaviour was also very good of the owner of the hotel and hotel staff only location was very far away from panchgini bus stand and city location minimum 3 to 4 kilometer away from panchgini main city location and also cleanliness was very good in the hotel and we have got all the facilities very nicely for the what we paid them to hotel room of hotel sai palace really it was very nice good and excellent experience for us to stay for two days in hotel sai palace

Rooms were not clean. Blankets and pillows st inked a lot. Bedsheets were not clean. The overall location of the hotel is good and locality also looks good but the hotel services and cleanliness is an issue.

Hotel is located in very nice location and it is nearer from the Panchgani bus stop, hotel management had helped a lot for providing the cab facility within few minutes and they gave suggestions for side seeing, food is very good and it was somewhat expensive,

If you are road tripping to the hills of Mahabaleshwar, then this place in Panchagani is certainly a decent stay for group travelers. Decent location sufficing most of your needs. We can't comment on food quality, since we dined at nearby food joints. Gokul foods planet is a good restaurant about a km away, offers good food at reasonable prices. Cons: 1. Hot water available only in the mornings. 2. Bit expensive if you want extra bed. 3. Unclean toilets. 4. Lack of toiletries. Places to visit nearby: 1. Table land 2. Parsi point 3. Mapro garden 4. Lingmala waterfall 5. Venna lake 6. Wilson sunrise point Places of significance: 1. Pratapgad fort 2. Arthur seat 3. Elephant head point

Very pathetic, worst service. The hotel even don't know my booking details and just saying that their Internet is not working. They allocated me a degraded room where TV, hot water is not working. Even they don't responding after several reminders.

Very nice place. Didn't have a great view from hotel, but I wasn't in search of it. Cleanliness could be improved, toilet stinking. Limited parking. Very cozy sitting arrangement, I liked it though. Average food. Staff is good. I'm planning to send my parents here. Location is good for people with vehicles, since it's little far from Bus stop. Overall, I got an economic stay.

The room is not spacious. The towel provided was pathetic. No good view from the rooms. The room is surrounded with big buildings blocking the view. The washrooms are not in good condition. Overall : OK for money.

Room is very nice Wi-Fi facelifts is fantastic. Experience Awesome location is fine near all the point sh oping center also walking distance. Food qualities is very nice. Facility hot water to be give 24 hrs. Only one lroblem hot water.

Hotel was just worth paying 700-800 rupees. I paid 4200 for 1 night for 3 bedded non AC room. They even could not make available a toothpaste. Food I ate at hotel's restaurant was worst in taste. No hot water. Management staff was not at all cooperative. They don't have facility to pay online or by card. If you are going to pay 3-4K then search a good hotel.

Hotel was not clean but as per money it was good, room service was also available at night. Market is just 1 km away from hotel. Location of hotel was good. One of the Mapro Garden is also near from hotel.

Blankets are not clean, room was stinking. View was also not very good. Toilet is not clean. Food is pathetic. Service was worst. Price was also high if we compare with others. Staff was not helpful.

Hotel is located around 1. 5 km from Panchgani bus stop/ main market. As there is single lane road, it is difficult to walk to the hotel if you are not having own vehicle. Room was not clean, bed sheet used was very dirty. Although on asking.. It was changed... It is an average hotel and it is okay type on the basis of amount charged.

The location was crazy but the service was sad... Would not go next time as the service was really very bad... Great view from the gallery though... But also lack of cleanliness... No hygiene at all.. But for cheapers it would be amazing...

Hotel is very good with very good room service. Manager was friendly and we checked in at 12 in night, but still the service was prompt. I would suggest this place to any group or couple. Only thing is if they can manage to give complimentary breakfast then it would be good. Also water available at the tap should be of better quality. Rest all the things are good.

The stay was not so good - average. The location was a bit far from market place and there was no proper communication. Food items available were not cost effective and presentation was poor. The rooms are not so spacious.

Not satisfied. Having good location but not value for money. Service is good. Rooms need more cleanliness. Limited number of room. Staff is courteous. Could not enjoy my stay in hotel. Room facility are very limited.

We were 3 people staying in one room for 2 nights.We got the hotel at a discounted price of 1500 bucks.At this cheap price, this hotel was really good.Don't expect hotel type service, its a lodge.You get the basic amenities, food, water and bed.Everything was neat.Only problem was the flush took longer time to fill in the water.Overall, good and comfortable stay.
