To start with, no proper regulating staff for parking that too in a slope terrain where the resort is located. Secondly, unfriendly reception staff. Third, poor and unclean rooms - torn curtains, no proper toiletries. No room warmers. The property has been overrated in the reviews.

Horrible staff- No Peace of Mind- Waste of money

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately far from what we expected, both in terms of service and overall experience. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the hotel management takes serious note and addresses these critical issues for future guests. Poor Staff Coordination & Mismanagement: Although breakfast was included in our booking, the staff initially refused to provide it. It was only after repeated follow-ups that the front office acknowledged their mistake. Such a lapse in communication reflects poorly on guest service standards and creates unnecessary stress for customers. Lack of Peace and Support: There was a significant amount of noise from outside the room throughout the afternoon, severely impacting our comfort. Despite requesting a room change or any form of intervention, the reception staff remained unhelpful and indifferent. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for basic guest comfort and rest. Unacceptable Room Service Hygiene: We ordered food during our stay and informed the front desk to collect the used plates placed outside our door. Shockingly, the plates remained untouched until well past 1 PM the next day. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and attentiveness to room service. Final Thoughts: Given the lack of hospitality, poor management, and a clear gap in service standards, I would not recommend this property. There are far better alternatives available at a similar price point that offer peace of mind and basic respect for guests’ comfort.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Saga Resort, and I must say it was a huge disappointment. The manager, was completely unhelpful and rude. His behavior and communication style were unacceptable, and it made our entire stay unpleasant. The service at the resort was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Despite the resort having a 3-star rating, I think it's overrated and not worth the hype. However, I must give credit where credit is due. Some staff members, including Mr. Kunal, Umesh, and the chef, were very helpful and friendly. The food was also delicious, and I particularly enjoyed it.

Awesome location Polite and humble staff Clean and spacious very close to the main rias and Mapro garden just 15mins walk Area of improvement - Need to upgrade the Kitchen Otherwise overall we had a pleasant stay.

Terrible Stay

This was one of the worst stays. The path to the hotel was closed and they failed to inform/update of the same. I came with my infant and had to park my car far from the hotel(with monkeys on the way). Hotel restaurant services were even worse. They took forever to prepare flavourless meals. We came here seeing the reviews but it seems like they are not genuine.

But on the same day you were called and even you were given other resort options but you chossed to stay over there, even from our end we had upgraded your room for whcih you was ok. .
