Service and facilities are good and room condition is also very good. Staff is polite and very helpful.

Poor Stay
Bathrooms are not hygiene and clean bed linens are old and they emulate stinky smell Shower towels are old and not fresh staff is helpful and friendly location of the hotel is a good thing

The hotel ambience was average , there was no toilet paper in the washroom, the phone was not working. They mentioned breakfast is complimentary but the variety in breakfast was poha, and misal pav no parantha, sandwich and all, and only tea is there so it was zero better not to take room with breakfast. Decent stay with good room condition, not much of a view from the room, good food and service, located near bagicha garden.

very poor mattress and blankets were stinking a lot and not at all clean. Breakfast too was of very bad taste and with limited options.

Poor Stay
Hotel was not 3 star category, ₹-3000/- not worth. I travel all over India.₹/-3000/- per day best hotel s are available in metro city. Breakfast was totally Dhaka style and worst in quality. Plastic plates for breakfast you know that plastic is totally avoided for hot r recipe. Please don’t cheat innocent people. This hotel is not worth to₹- 1000/- per day. Worst experience.

Hotel is very nice and location is very very nice I have ste this hotel three times hotel staff is very friendly and mornings breakfast is very nice and I will be back to my next visit to this place on June or July

Worst Lodge so called 3 star hotel, full of cheating and cheap
1)Wifi issue and poor network 2)TV frequently having no signal 3)Bathroom tiles damage 4)Mosquito and lizards in a room 5)Hot water on day 1 having issue 6) Hotel corridor walkway having , next to room no. 201 dinner plates, which was not lifted on day 2nd morning 09:40 7)small room for booking of 3 person , given Queen size bed 8) Limited breakfast and manymore issues Etc etc. 9) Power outage reason from staff maintenance. If maintenance was there then why booking accepted? How come given 3 star rating to this hotel is Questinable? This Hotel is equivalent to lodge which generally gets at railway Station or road transport bus stations!!

Poor service Poor WIFI service Also I couldn't get my mobile network. So I was not able to receive any call, email, what's app messages. Food quality was so so. I couldn't book any taxi service from your hotel. I couldn't make any google payment from your hotel. Provided Towels are not good. Why I am writing this due to your huge followup. Hotel service was bad. They didn't clean the room properly even after we asking them to do so. Breakfast and other food items at the hotel were also not good.
