Resort is only name. Very Disappoint. Rooms are not clean, floor is very dirty, matress with bad smell, whole in matress, pillow smells very bad and dirty.emenities room is very dirty .No wifi coverage. Breakfast is not good. I have booked and extra bed thats why i asked for extra bed on 1st day but till checkout not providing. Actually i have to complaint about it and Refund all my money back . But cant connect customer care. Please refund my money. Worst experience ever and never recommend treebo to anyone.

Comfortable
Experienced Live kitchen- veg food is very good. Staff members are very co-operative. Breakfast need add on options like egg items etc.

worst ever experience at the treeb
The rooms were not maintained, the food in breakfast and lunch was terrible, the game zone is not at all in good condition TT and carrom. the tv was not operational..the swimming pool was not clean enough to enjoy..the short staff was delaying the cleaning process of rooms.. overall the worst experience

Horrible
TV was not working at all. Idli breakfast was horrible, no salt at all and not spongy also. AC was not getting below 22 degree. Telephone was not working.

Overall good stay
I stayed with family and i enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Property is good. Need to improve breakfast. Location is also good, market is 5 km away. Children enjoyed trampoline near swimming pool. Breakfast quality needs improvement. Overall good stay. Recommend.

Terrible Stay
There isn't hot water available all the time. There is a fix timing where the hotel expects everyone to take bath. The receptionist did not inform about the timings for breakfast. Power cut is a continuous issue wifi doesn't work all the time. The resort has many facilities like bonfire etc which was said will be chargeable. It was a good experience because i was out of the hotel exploring mahabaleshwar but not a great place to stay. The hotel looks to greedy to charge the guests

Poor Stay
Repeatingvagain no hand towels or napkins or toiletries no tissues nothing. A heavy metal rod came crashing down with the curtain came crashing down what more do uou want to know

familyThe location of the hotel is good. Map-to garden is 3 km away and mahabaleshwar temple is 14 km away. Parking is available. The room size is decent. Breakfast will not be of any western dishes like egg or breads. We faced a hot water issue although staffs were helpful in that. Food and beverages are average only.

I recently spent 2 days at hotel treebo vhyomaan and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Poor services by treebo vhyomaan resort
Swimming pool was very dirty, no wifi and tv working even after several complains. Very service. Need more improvement in services and manager only give commitments but not seen in the services by staff
