other than the location of the hotel every other thing is simply adjusted meant by the customer as, 1.by toiletries they mean a 5 rs soap only, 2.by flat screen TV they mean only tv( u cannot connect usb to it as well as without cable tv recharge). 3. by breakfast lunch and dinner they mean no breakfast ( MMT adds 300 per day for breakfast which you don't get any money nor food) and to describe dinner and lunch it is just the most expensive mess food( just swallow) 4. The staff is short tempered come here at your own risk.

Hotel stay was very good, room was nice and clean. Staff was very polite n cooperative. Breakfast was ok - limited options. Overall it was nice.

Location is very good, staff is very cooperative and supportive. But its now value for money and they should setup lunch and dinner too.

1. Wi-fi connection is very poor in cottages/ couple schalets. 2. Nothing is provided before hand, for even basic things like toiletries we had to call them numerous times. 3. The reception service is very poor, nobody picks up the call often. Pros: - 1. Breakfast was good. 2. Lush green surroundings, cleanliness is maintained.

It was a very great stay in the olive green resort, mahabaleshwar. The service was very good. We enjoyed the stay there.

1. Room were not clean 2. Service was terrible 3. No tea and coffee sachets in room 4. Mosquitoes and spiders inside room 5. Breakfast was terrible

Worst hotel. Booked room not given downgraded the room worst maintenance
