The location is one of the beautiful locations i have been, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is also really good

this property not good, bcoz alone place, and hot water only morning time available, lift not work. i dont like that price.

Pros : 1. Reception & staff is very courteous and helpful, special mention for Om and Omkar. 2. Rooms were clean and spacious 3. Room linens, bedsheets, pillow covers all were clean 4. Bathrooms were clean, toiletries provided. 5. Power back up was useful as there were frequent power cuts. 6. Restaurent food was good, more like home food. 7. Location was peaceful as its away from central Mahabaleshwar hustle and cool breeze experienced almost through out the day. My parents had to wear sweaters in the evening during peak summer when we visited during April-End and May 1st week. 8. Nice sit out area at the ground floor over looking valley where cool breeze always welcomed us through out our stay. 9. Indoor play area with table tennis, carrom and also mini Theatre. We enjoyed playing and also watching IPL match there. 10. Beautiful Swimming pool, but suggest only for taking photos around it and relaxing on beach shacks. I felt the pool size is small so would not recommend to get into it, although there were few guests enjoying swim. Cons 1. Lift was not operational, so for my aged parents it was bit difficult as we were given rooms on the 2nd floor. However upon request they kindly arranged to send breakfast upstairs for my parents. 2. Last 500-700 meters of approach road is not paved road, they were saying it will be done in few months. But suggest to pls check with them specially if you are visiting in monsoon. 3. Restaurent staff : Be very clear in communication with them as we had few observations e.g. they charged us separately for coffee saying only Tea is included in breakfast, breakfast was limited, but there was NO such mention earlier.

The breakfast was not very good there were not much options Location was tooo far away and abruptly very in the corner Facilities were good room was nice view was nice

The location is amazing no doubt, the only problem is the road in the rainy season as it gets muddy and a lot of cars get stuck, and they are working on it. The staff is amazing, I mean they know the exact meaning of hospitality and the food is amazing too.

Overall a good location & stay. Beautiful view of the valley from the hotel. New property. Highly recommended.

The views are great , it's far from mahabaleshwar but if you need peace.. great place... Management is new so not ideal service levels.. hot water was a major issue ..geysers are for show... They use common boiler that works on wood... That is also not enough to supply to whole hotel in first batch water becomes very cold ..

Those who want to have a peaceful stay away from market buzz this is the place this is the place for you, it is just 20 mins from mahabaleshwar market. Clean and luxurious rooms with all the necessary amenities, every room has a valley view. Small play area for the kids is also there. Staff is courteous and food is also good. Wax museum by the n go run for blind is also near this which is a must visit. Highly recommend.

Property is good with good best sunrise view. Food was awesome. Friendly staff. Multiple indoor games and movie night was great.
