Very Good Stay, clean and higen

Not recommended at all no facility available tv not working towel, bedsheet was torn, napkin not given. Shampoo, comb. Not given tea maker pot not available, welcome kit not given, hot water not available in evening in first day at midnight for around 3 hrs no light was available a very bad experience.

I had selected saideep based on cleanness review and atheist that part, it met. Unfortunately that's only part best about it. Let me list down my issues or concern with property: 1. After check in, in the room, we didn't find any toiletries (basic atheist towel and soap, on calling the attendants, he brought only 2 towels and one small tiny soap. I told him, we are 3 ppl and as per practise, they should offer 3 towels and 3 soaps, to which he said, no and said that's it we will get. On expressing my surprise, he went back and brought, 1 additional towel and soap ultimately (maybe he went back to check with manager and confirm) 2. Room tv had 2 lines across it display. On checking with manager, i was informed initially, it is like that only and later they said, it is due to power fluctuations such line comes. Since we were living there for 2 nights, so 2nd day manager changed tv unit without any lines since other ppl checked out and their room tv was replaced with ours. 3. On 2nd day, i told attendant to clean the room when we stepped out for outing but on our return, room was just sweep-ed i guess but earlier day towels were not replaced neither new soap was kept. 4. Biggest surprise was of hot water. I was informed, hot water will be released only in morning around 7. 30 am and not before that. I said but what if we want to leave room soon for outing, can he release water sooner, to which he said, 7. 30 am is appropriate time, no one wakes up so early anyways. So each day after travel-ling we couldn't take hot water bath in cold weather and only option was to wait until 7. 30 am in morning for it. Finally in room there was only one charging port, and since we were 3 ppl (mom, brother and myself, we had to wait until one person charge was sufficient until we charge ours. P. S. Also at night, it was only hotel in area which switch off it hotel name light. Maybe they are saving electricity, so no complain there hut aesthetically doesn't look good.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms. As it’s is in the market area it becomes convenient for shopping. The staff were helpful and kind.

Blankets are not being washed, terrible smell, and when asked for replacement they dont hv spare one, could not use the blanket.

It was a good 2 day stay here. Main advantage of this place is, it's very very close to the market, bus stand and all. Room cleanness is upto the mark. Room service is also quick. Only drawback i found is, hot water is available only in the morning and not whole day. Otherwise property and stay we enjoyed.

The hotel was clean and the service was prompt. Hotel is located right in the market which gives convenience for getting cabs.

the hospitality, accommodation , amenities, hygienic, hotel staff and providing help to family and kids were excellent. whenever i visit mahabaleshwar in future i will stay there with my family and would recommend friends and relatives , and other visitors to try for sai deep residency. excellence at par . great job sai deep residency. 👍 a true happy customer from pune.

The room service was quite good. The room condition was similar to what is mentioned on mmt, the reason i primarily chose this hotel. The staffs were quite cooperative & polite. My family is pleased with the service.

Overall the stay was great. All the hotel staff and service was upto the mark. Hot water and other amenities were in place. Will recommend it for next time.
