Nice stay but too far from mahabaleshwar
Nice stay for the valley views. it's too far from main mahabaleshwar. This stay has smart TV for entertainment. However there are very few options for complementary breakfast. They didn't give water bottles. when asked they said it's chargeable. The room size is a little small. overall average budget friendly stay option near to panchgani.

Horrible! Don't waste your money there are plenty of other hotels
Hotel and it's service is terrible, no room service there were stains on the bedsheet and washroom was not clean and on top of that we went to restaurant for dinner and there were 10 tables on which people were waiting and there was only 1 cook after waiting for half hour we didn't even got papad, when we talk to the manager there he said you can go and have food from outside, I would never suggest this hotel to anyone

Pros - Rooms are very nice. Hotel food is good. Cons- Needs regular cleaning for rooms.

Terrible Stay
The room’s hygiene was very bad and the A/C in the room really pathetic. The rooms are very claustrophobic and give you as being jailed. The breakfast was below average with not even one good option. I do not recommend staying in this hotel; the hotel is not worth staying.

Comfortable stay
The valley view was perfect.Affordable rooms and Gud helpful staff. Nice food. Highly recommended for stays.

Good Stay
The stay was overall good, although the flush was not working and there is no hot water 24x7. The room 107 was on a side and the hallway had light off which was scary.

The location was good, but the hotel room and lobby were not properly cleaned. There was a lot of mess from leftover food."

Terrible Stay
Terrible stay at tree-boo kaizen. Room allotted to us was in basement which was not informed to us. No hot water in tap. Food quality was not up to the mark. Room were not clean. No any amenities in the room also, we are not suggest this hotel to any one.

Terrible Stay
The location of this place is really nice but the service and rooms were really bad. The rooms had a very damp smell and the bathroom was really shabby. Staff is barely bothered about your requirements, for us the geyser wasn't working

Only view and everything else is substandard
Everything other than the view is unpleasant. Reception is poorly managed. Breakfast is substandard and is served late after 9. 30 in the morning. I would not want to stay at this place again ever.

Not recommend
Not a good experience. Firstly we had to wait for almost 40 minutes to check in. When we reached the property there was no one available in reception, after giving a call staff appeared and asked to wait, we had to wait for around 40 minutes to check in. Secondly we ordered dal fry, palak paneer and chapati for dinner but in the bill they charged us as per the rates of dal tadka rather than dal fry. Not at all a good service, we gave our dinner order at around 8 and we were finally served at 9:30. Overall not a good experience.

Stay was good, need more options for breakfast. Selected this location as nearer to our tournament site.
