Perfect vacation place who wants to spend calm&quite time with nature watching mountain views from the resort room. Friendly and cooperative service, yummy homely food makes one feel at home cons: take sufficient cash as in remote location no mobile network working, be aware of village street dogs guarding, if own vehicle is not there then dependency on resort provided private vehicles

They shift me to another hotel which is worst. Owener of hotel is very aurogent. Dont take booking for this property.

Location is great, it has a beautiful river view. Food is prepared by the hotel owner's family who stay next to the hotel, so it's delicious local homemade food - especially non-veg. Service is prompt and they happily accommodate any additional requests like first aid kit, steaming machine, or anything you need they try their best to fulfill it. Please keep in mind, food you need to tell them to prepare in advance. Rest the overall stay experience was good.
Safety standards are maintained, but can be better

We came here for a day, loved the room view so much we extended our stay. We cancelled our site seeing plans, and chose to stay put in the property to enjoy continuous bord chirping and especially to listen to the peacocks. Couldn't spot one though. The executive rooms have view of the beautiful lake and layers of mountains. The food is prepared by local moushi and it's simple. Nothing fancy. My husband and friend enjoyed chicken starters and i loved patta gobi pakodas. Awesome aloo parathas for breakfast and thecha is to die for. They make great ginger lemongrass tea but you got to ask for less sugar. Service is a little slow, but it's more like homestay. So you need to order well in advance. Place is far from main city so they need to plan shopping accordingly. I have no complaints. Owner is a sweet guy and was serving himself most of the times
Our temperatures were checked. Rooms were sanitised. Very few people come here, so we felt less vulnerable to any exposure

Amazing host, amazing stay, very beautiful ambiance and the food was just so amazing again. Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and as shown in picture, there is pretty much very less to do around Tapola and it can be accomplished in a day, things like boating and water sports if you are interested, however, if you wish to explore more, the only way out is Mahabaleshwar, which is 19 km from Tapola. All the things were perfect, food was nice and staff was good.

Place was good, vary remote, non-veg food was good, but veg was not good, no refrigerator, no tooth paste, which mostly hotels provide. Best thing was the location, beautiful view.
