Review Of Prashant Cottage | Rooms & Wi-Fi

Very pathetic and unprofessional behaviour of owner as we have to early check out within 24 hours instead of four nights due to heavy rain and not that much good vibes to stay in the property . When we check out owner promise to give refund as our problem was genuine but after involving make my trip to get my refund he refused to give refund that way owners behaviour was so pathetic. Very bad experience with mental stress and loss of my money. Suggestion for make my trip to black list this property

The location of the property was easy to find. It is near venna lake which is an added advantage. It is also near to other major travel attractions. The owner of the property was very cordial and available for all requirements.

I was very good and clean room from room the view was also super green everywhere. The host prashant and his staff was also very helpful good people. I will like to visit prashant cottage again.

it's a decent stay at an optimum price for a one day stay. The location is easy to find just nearby venna lake. Food was awesome 😎 typical Maharstrian Homely food they have served. The staff is very nice and cooperative. The room was clean and neat. Overall a nice stay.

It's a prime location property in mahabaleshwar. I have found good behaviour of staff. Food quality was good. There is a big garden/lawn space infront of the property Which was looking pretty Good. Look was was awesome infront of the stay rooms. Luggage was handled by the staff when we checked in and checked out. Good Experience 👍

We stayed for 3 days and the stay is worth the price.Good and comfortable rooms. The caretaker is also very good.

The hotel was awesome and the food was good.

The stay was decent and justifying the price i paid, the hotel had their own kitchen and amazing veg food, the balcony view was best and the room was spacious, i have saved this hotel for my future visit to this place.

Room was not spacious as shown while booking and also no facility of hot water for bath and drinking water. Behaviour of one of the staff members at reception was very rude.
