The property is well maintained. Staff was very polite and responsive. Food was tasty. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service and exceptional food Highly hygiene and homely vibes Vaishali ji is very cordial and every single crew are wonderfully well mannered and absolutely hospitable (Shout out to exceptional chef Sunil) Special mention to adorable pet dogs (Raja and Lyla) that added cheers to our stay I will definitely be visiting sulavada again and every time I visit Panchagani or Mahabaleshwar I would also highly recommend anyone looking for an escapade then this is the perfect place. And of course it is also nearest from famous Mapro gardens 🙂

The property campus is good inside, they have lawn, swimming pool, see saw, valley view cafeteria , sit out area out side the rooms are very good and mesmerising. The rooms size are good and well cleaned but the rooms possessed very bad smell of damped wall . Toilets have bad smell . The attender staffs are very cooperative specially Mauli bhaiya. He has taken care of us very well. The food was amazing . They cooked customised food of our choice which taste was amazing we really enjoyed jowar roti .

Excellent Stay, neat and clean with wonderful sights

The rooms were very spacious and clean. There is a scope of improvement in the property. One of the shower was not working. The WiFi was very slow and the DTH attached in the room were deactivated due to no recharge. The staff was very helpful. The food was very tasty. Amenities were up to the mark. Swimming pool was clean.

Hello ! Here is my feedback. The staffs were very hospitable and caring . The meals were well cooked. Rushikesh, Ajay, Sam were always helpful and caring and hospitable! The manager Mr Ramesh was also always reachable! But it was quite unpleasant from connectivity perspective, the WIFI was unavailable; and since mobile connectivity inside the bungalows were very weak it has been quite inconvenient. The TV WAS also not working as WiFi was not there and tata sky was disconnected! While I give 6 out of 5 for hospitality and ambience. I give 1 out 5 for digital convenience. Hence my rating will be 4 only! They should have managed the connectivity and went infotainment!

Exceptional Property, well maintained heritage. Each and every detail of the property is just too good. People working at the property are very good and extremely warm. The food her is super authentic amazing food. Looking forward to coming soon. Will highly recommend the property.
