Quality of services is very bad
The stay was not good at all. The amenities were not proper in the room. There was leakage in bathroom,linen were not changed and the food was a big let down. Quality needs to be improved and the trained staff is required. Water issue and needed to follow up for basic things.

Romantic Stay
This is the best room I've ever stayed in, as the resort features spacious rooms with stunning views of the Koyna Backwater. If you're seeking relaxing and a romantic setting, this is the ideal spot. However, you might face some quality issues due to ongoing restaurant preparations and construction work. Regardless, my main goal was to enjoy peace and relaxation in my room, and I was very satisfied.

Teaching lesson for
Location, service, amenities, food, everything was terrible when compared with the price. Paid approx 19000 It was a good lesson for us that we should not depend on online portals. This might be my last trip with Make my trip.

The hidden cost
Loved the room pictures and hence went ahead and paid the extra money for the stay. The room charges are overpriced. It wasn't worth it as the place is away from the main market, and the cab drivers charge a hefty amount. The free breakfast and food taste below average. The staff is friendly and nice. You will get no signal and have to rely on the hotel's wifi.

Property is excellent with scenic view, rooms are spacious and washrooms are amazing. Food service needs little attention otherwise overall a good experience.

Great view
Huge rooms with amazing view . Average breakfast and not a lot of options . Also the service is slow .

Amazing and Peaceful place to stay
coupleThe room were really good with good view and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly and accomodated our request and Upgraded our stay for free. Drive from Mahabaleshwar city to resort is very scenic and smooth. And location is easy to reach. The food were also really good. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for very peaceful weekend getaway and a memorable trip with friends.

Not a good experience overall
coupleFirst of all there is no network at this property. This property has a great valley view but it is located so inside from the main junction. It is at a very isolated location. The pillow covers, bed mattresses all need a change. No proper maintenance. The staff is sweet and cooperative but very less in number. Book at your own risk only.

familyGood resort in the mids of sahyadri mountains. Rooms are good. Room service requires a lot of improvement as it takes time for service delivery. Bed sheet, cushion covers were filled with fungal stains which required proper treatment. Lunch and dinner is good. Breakfast requires improvement. Reception is good at service.
