Or stay started out with confusions about our booking, which led to us being yelled at by the chef of the estate. No one apologized for this and this is not the kind of hospitality that we wish for. The other caretakers were helpful in helping with general things and the view was beautiful. However, the outdoor area of the estate has not been updated since the vietnamese war, and was falling apart and sad. So be aware before booking that the photos of the outside areas are not updated on their booking page. Lastly, the power/electricity was not at all stable and the fan in one of the rooms sounded like an apache helicopter swirling above your head (so dont expect to sleep.

Aurelia Location in panchgani is wonderful. Villa surrounded by Greenery at top of Hill and the view is just stunning from the balcony that showcases wonderful scenery. Property is well kept. We Felt welcomed. The room maintenance was good, we did miss the bathtub and pool in Vila. Caretaker was very helpful in suggesting options and he did help in locating a wallet which was missed during checkout and made sure we received it via courier. Over all we had good experience in spending time at Aurelia ✌️

Good Stay
Hi, stay was amazing. Amazing valley view. With tidyness. Property is well maintained. And view is just superb. But would like to highlight some points. Lot of enterfernc of call taker. Any time he comes in villa n disturb the privacy. Hall needs ac in summer its super hot cant keep terrece door open. Ac is must in hall. Fan is missing from pool table area. And very important swimming pool would add five stars to the property.

Birthday vacation

Excellent Stay
Good place to enjoy a staycation with family. Pet friendly staff and great vantage point from where one can view a great lake and mountain ranges. We enjoyed long walks in nearby neighborhood which is quite safe. We played a lot of times on the pool table. I highly recommend this place to families going to either panchgani or mahabaleshwar.

Utterly unprofessional
familyThe staff is really horrible. The place is nice but you feel bothered all the time as the staff keeps roaming inside in the property. You will not feel safe in the property because randomly you will see the staff who isn't even suppose to be inside pops up outside the room or so. The place is beautiful and has a great view but doesn't feel like home because someone is continuously there to poke around. All in all worst experience, also forgot to mention that charge you exorbitantly if you end up using the kitchen, tried to do so but unfortunately they couldn't do
