Review Of Casa Majestic Resort & SPA

I found this hotel on MMT. They upgraded my room without any extra charge. And the food was delicious too. And the services and facilities were also good. And the most beautiful thing about this property was the garden and beautiful views.

Location is good . Facilities are also good . Food is below average . Over all good stay but need improvment on food and restaurant service. Breakfast menu is too limited .

Overall Experience at casa majestic was good. Ambience was good and clean. Room was good. But Need to improve quality of food that they are providing.

A good place to enjoy with family/Friends, location is at centre between Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar so it's easy to commute. Landscaping is amazing with a maintained garden. Rooms are also clean & well maintained. Sigdi restaurant available with both Veg/N-veg.

They denied room we booked and gave us rooms that were shared with other people in villa. Bad experience

Worst experience on both front. Hotel - horrible hygiene, unsupporting management. Had to cut down the stay by day. MMT - No support provided in the situation. I personally feel the information about the hotel rating is misleading.

Improvement required in service. Cleanliness not upto mark. As room was booked for 3 persons, sufficient essential were not provided. Food quality fine but options limited

Its an excellent place for family stay. The staff is very courteous. The location of the property is very beautiful. As its between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, the logistics to both the places is convenient. Highly recommended for pleasant stay and memorable experience!

breakfast buffet can have more spread. resort is beautiful and at a convenient location. staff is very humble and cooperative

The stay was satisfactory but lacked luxury. The swimming pool was unsatisfactory. Room service and breakfast were of average quality.

It was good stay. Rooms are very clean. Swimming pool is good. Had a jacuzzi in my room. Good food and very good property.

I booked a tithonia superior room in which i was not allowed to use an indoor swimming pool unless it is fully booked. Plus the hotel restaurant doesn't keep the required ingredients in their kitchen if a guest is required. Their breakfast was not cooked properly and also didn't get many options. After paying so much i have not got the desired service.

The location, amenities and services were great. The place was very clean. Nice view. Also, it has a game zone, which was the best part.

The property was good as they have very well-maintained everything and especially the garden and the kids' play area this is the big advantage of this Property. The only negative is the restaurant is not up to the mark as they charged high but the food quality is not that good, need to improve the food quality.

It was a good stay with out family. Swimming pool is small but very well maintained. Restaurant is nice with variety of food and great taster as well. Parking is available but it was inside resort premises so it was bit congested. Overall it was good stay.

Paid for a poor room experience, kitchen was also bad, not recommended at all Quality was bad..

Amazing stay. Nice rooms and very cordial staff. Recommend for future stay. Even the kids had a great time. Garden and other amenities very well maintained

We stayed one night. The location of the Resort was very good. The staff of the Resort was keen to help. Food quality was also good. The room was very clean and tidy.
