We had a wonderful stay there. Host was amazing. Room was clean and the food they provide were delicious. Will highly really recommend this one to everyone and I look forward to visit this place again

An extremely serene beautiful property having rustic earthy village agro feel yet modern amenities hv bn beautifully incorporated for comfortable stay. For senior citizens it might be lil uncomfortable climbing hill.like steps to the cottages but not v difficult. breakfast when we requested was served in room too. Mr.Prashant was available on what's app and was polite and gave all info . the care taker Shelarji ,a dedicated and took utmost care .Food is homely ..true maharshtrian thalis r available to try!!I tried the pithle thali n it was great! In all a fantastic property overlooking the valley in panchgani. Will visit again ! Keep up the hospitality n cleanliness!!

Stayed here for 2 nights , it was a pleasant experience. The theme of entire setup was great, traditional vibe and amazing night weather was very pleasant . Rooms are very well maintained and clean, just like any 3-5 start hotel. They have done a careful considerations while designing rooms and other facilities. Must give credit to their humble owners, polite staff. There is nothing to complain about.

I went with my mother, who is a senior citizen. The host reached out to me one day prior to discuss food preferences. He and his wife are so humble to take care of my mother's food requirement. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. they have maintained clean and hygienic surroundings. The caretakers were very helpfull throughout our stay. it's a 3 yr old new property with only 4 cottages. I personally will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice peaceful homely stay. it is pet friendly too, in case you are planning to take your dog along.

From a warm welcome with a personalized note and strawberry basket to the spotless rooms and relaxing dining area, every detail was perfect. I recently stayed at this resort for a weekend getaway. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were decent— the pool was nice, and the on-site restaurant had not much variety of food. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, with some areas needing maintenance. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the overall service at the restaurant could have been faster. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but considering the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail. It’s a good option for a short trip, but I would have liked to see some improvements in certain areas.

The property is located far from the city hustle, it's on the mountains with a scenic view, they only have 4 rooms which makes it quite & serene to relax & rewind in the nature, the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, hirakani & yashwanti are the preferred ones due to bunker beds if you have kids, infinity swimming pool is comparatively small but is safe for kids and sufficient deep rejuvenate yourself, you get very homely food cooked as per the preference, the breakfast is included in the package, staff is friendly & courteous.

It was a great experience for all of us. The room is too specious and clean, warm welcoming. Local and delicious and healthy food. I would like to visit again and again

We stayed here during ganesh chaturthi holidays and the location and views are lovely. It’s a cozy set up of 4 villas so accommodates a max of 4 families at a time. The rooms are equipped well, stocked with room slippers, toiletries, fruits and local candies etc. Clean and nestled in greenery, this was a perfect break. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals prepared by the caretakers. Very homely and satisfying. Breakfast was included and served at a decided time- both poha and up-ma served during our stay were delicious and the tea was refreshing. Due to a bit of rain/ drizzle, the weather was cool and we needed a light jacket in the morning and night. Super recommend this stay.

Fantastic place to stay and relax, great scenic views. Wanted to stay in silence and it provided the perfect outing. The staff was polite and helpful. Food was homely and served hot despite heavy rains. Thanks to the team at holygram.

"holygram" at kaswand near bhillar is as the name suggests a tranquil place with calm vibes and truly qualifies for the term "hidden gem. We have stayed at many different hotels and well-known resorts at panchgani and mahabaleshwar some twice the rate of holy-gram and yet i would rate this place number 1 among-st all of them. It's a quaint place with just four cottages and an amazing location. We could do a lot of bird watching here, you won't miss any spa or games or activities because communicating with nature and going inside yourselves itself becomes an activity here. The food is home cooked and the veg food can be aptly described as "satwik. We especially loved the veg thali, puranpoli thali and ghevdyachi amti. Non-vegetarian too is available. As it is a small operation and food is freshly cooked one needs to order well in advance. The cottages are a lesson in architecture with their walls of chira and stone floors, impeccably built with an old world charm and modern aesthetics and facilities. Most importantly it's clean and well maintained. Two cottages have a queen bed and a single bed and two others have a queen bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed ones are on a slight more height than the other two but the sarjaa and raja at the lower levels have a cool covered sit-out area which was perfect in the monsoons. The other two have the sit out area covered for the monsoon but have huge french windows for the view. I would recommend "sarjaa" for the monsoon season. Also would especially recommend this location in monsoons. The clouds descended on us here and it felt like a piece of heaven! the crowd at the tourist places too are less in this season. Staying at holygram though you are tucked in far away from the crowd yet it takes just 20 minutes to reach panchgani. One can also go on long walks in the kaswand village. Last but not the least is the top-notch service at holygram. On entering the cottage the small gestures win you over with the chocolates and fruit basket, the welcome note and quote on a slate, the drawers are filled with knick-knacks like a sewing kit, binoculars, a game of uno, all required toiletries are set. We would especially like to mention mr. Shelar who was available for all our needs and was extremely courteous and we had some nice gappa tappa with him. The owner too is very cordial and right from the booking process answered all our queries patiently and his passion about his venture comes through while chatting with him. Oh i almost forgot to mention the infinity pool with a small waterfall like effect which is cherry on top of this tranquil cake! the waterfall effect continuously adds a melodious music to the background making one feel one is close to a river. We will surely be visiting this place again and again. Do yourselves a favor and book a weekend at holy-gram this monsoon!

Accommodation was good. Great place to stay. Quaint and very well done. Some of the areas which need improvement include food portions and options, amenities such as parking. Caretaker sheller was good. The other guy aakash needs a bit of disciplining. Seemed rude at times.

Location: great. Close to the main panchgani but is not on the crowded street and has a private view. Property: very well made with a lot of well-thought-out touches. Food: homely but really good. The breakfast is not extensive but you will get something if you ask. Service: the people are kind and helpful. However a bit shy so a little tricky to communicate in the beginning. Overall, we loved our stay and our trip. Thanks to holygram.
