i have suggested to other people please don't book any property through MMT. If any negative rating is available i will give you -10, please don't trust MMT. i have a very poor experience in booked property. not any proper arrangements. breakfast dinner lunch not available. not any WiFi facility Tv not working condition recharge already ends as property owner, water issue electricity issue

The room was good however few things are not properly like one of electricity board was open and the toilet camode top seat not properly fit. Also I was expecting the restaurant to be open but the reason was that the chef is not available so the restaurant is closed.

I had reached with family at mahabaleshwar the property of hotel shahi capital is very good, rooms are specious and clean, service is very nice, overall we so happy with this property, thanks lot team Make MyTrip

Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Bedsheet and pillow covers are dirty and the bathroom also was not cleaned properly.

Actually i have book super deluxe room but at the time of check in they have allotted me basic room, no plush water, no tooth paste very bad service

Worst ever I stayed, it worst breakfast in the name of complementary breakfast, no lift, high-priced. wrong choice

Not such a good room . A complimentary breakfast is very poor. I saw an open electric bulb holder in the room, The important thing is that the holder is on the bed.

No tv, complimentary breakfast is on two choice one upma and another is poha. No wifi. The room is not good.

The stay was very nice. Hotel room and it's amenities was good and clean, staff also helpful.

Pathetic hotel very poorly maintained property. No toiletries available no room service intercom not working broken floor in bathroom peeled off wallpapers. Smelly rooms damp walls with mould grown. Damp walls & chipping paints no parking facility. Bad food. Can't understand how this hotel is having a 4 star rating on mmt. Mmt must verify properties before listing it on their platform. Not worth more than 1 star.

I've taken 1 day stay. The service is okay. 2. 5/5. The room is clean but could be bigger. The toilet is not modern but okay.

Room 305 walls were dampened with rain and was stinking. The dinner was very low in variety and so does breakfast. Price charges was excessively not in line with value. There are many hotels you can book on current at much lower price and decent quality.

We have booked 2 rooms and according to rates Poor quality of rooms, Parking issues being on Main road, Unhygienic, No Mineral water in the room….it’s so terrific stay and not worth to money spent.

Over all stay was average, room service was not up to the mark. We faces wi fi issue. Food was average

The room wasn't in good condition, walls full of water marks and not worth it. Breakfast- they were given the choice of poha or idli and we can only take either of them and not more than that. For breakfast they are charging around rs400 which is also not worth it

Complete hotel was damp and fungus/mould growth every where. The only good thing about the stay was the staff. They were trying to help to the best of their abilities. The owner needs to clean and renovate the place. Current state of the rooms is very bad. Its a health hazard. I didn't spend much time in the room through the day to prevent myself from inhaling anything bad. Sleeping in the damp and molded room was very hard. Even with cold temperatures outside at night i kept the balcony open so that some fresh air could be there in the room. Still couldn't make myself stay for too long and after a short nap left the hotel at 4. 30 am and left for home instead of continuing my trip. It was also sad that i had booked the hotel for a costlier price because of the holiday season. Worst part is mmt can't be of help more than just providing a voucher for future use.

Rooms are clean. Staff is supportive. Food is also good. Only veg option available. Overall good
