We had a very pleasant stay at The Leela Resort. Food quality was top notch. The staff was exceptionally courteous. We didn’t face any issues during our 3-night stay over here. Very serene and scenic in its own way. Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Loved it overall! Definitely recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Leela Exotic Boutique Hotel, Mahabaleshwar – Honest Review Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained with clean bathrooms and cozy interiors. The ambiance is quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxed Mahabaleshwar stay. Location: The hotel is located just behind Club Mahindra, slightly tucked away from the main road, making it calm and traffic-free. Though the balcony view is partially obstructed by trees, it still feels refreshing and green. Food: The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals — food quality and taste are excellent. Only thing missing is a bit more variety in the breakfast spread. Service was always prompt and courteous. Connectivity: The only real issue is internet and mobile network connectivity. The in-room Wi-Fi was unstable during the stay, and Airtel/Jio 4G or 5G barely worked in that area. Only Vodafone 4G had decent signal — so connectivity depends heavily on that. Staff & Service: The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Special mention to Mr. Vikas, who served us exceptionally well throughout our 3-night stay — very professional and friendly. Value for Money: Considering the comfort, food, and peaceful location, it’s definitely great value for money. ✅ Overall: A quiet, comfortable boutique stay with great food and service — perfect for families or couples looking for a calm Mahabaleshwar experience. Just be mindful of weak mobile networks in the area.

There is no car parking available.vehicle needs to be park outside hotel and in breakfast very less choice of food available and also if you order something in mid night or early morning they will not served you and they simply reply service boys not available so order can’t be taken

We had a good experience, let me start with the positives, very good food, rooms maintenance good, location is good fairly between mahabaleshwar and panchgani, staff courtesy good and was fairly helpful. I have a few suggestions you have to have a coffee machine. You need a facility for EV CHARGING.

The rooms were spotless, with great décorand crisp bed sheets.I had asked for arrangement of my anniversary and it was beautifully done.The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."

very much disappointed on house keeping matters...no refill of bath accessories for second day...cleanliness and we had selected jacuzzi room but half of the functions not working and secondly jacuzzi area was not cleaned next day . towels were lying as it was on first day although cleaning the room was requested second day.although food was good but overall very bad experience ...remote of tv was missing when requested twice at night they gave us....I would request for refund ....and MakeMyTrip should take this matter to hotel management and get refund for regular clients like us which are gold members....hope I get a considerable reply and revert
