The location of the property is good. The property is not at all maintained. It was raining heavily outside because of which the roof was leaking at multiple places. There were snails and small cockroaches everywhere in the house. Also most of the doors did not close properly including the main door which was not good from a safety angle as well. The walls were all damp due to which there was a typical smell inside the house. Only the outdoor pool is well maintained. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

Poor Hospitality. No Towels and No Attendant at site for assistance. Property poorly maintained. Bad Experience

Pathetic experience. The moment we entered in this property, we found a dead lizard on the bed side and it was cleaned only during last day of our stay there. Pathetic spicy food with prices touching the roof. Caretaker will not pick up your call if they don't want to attend you. Please never take any property of west villa.

The stay was just how it was described on makemytrip website. The caretaker got the villa and the pool well cleaned before we checked in. All the facilities were good.
