Stay was great. Food and other facilities where barely available. And everything had extra cost. Except stay nothing available.

We recently stayed at your property and while the overall ambience was decent, there are a few points that definitely need improvement: 1.Navigation Issue – The Google Maps location for your hotel is inaccurate and leads to a completely different place. This caused us unnecessary inconvenience during arrival. Kindly update the exact location to avoid confusion for future guests. 2.Food Ordering – The current location settings also make it difficult to order food online. Updating the correct pin would make it far easier for guests to access delivery services. 3.Cleanliness – During our stay, we unfortunately found snails on the bathroom towel. This was very disappointing and highlights the need for stricter cleanliness and hygiene checks in the rooms. 4.Jacuzzi Charges – After paying close to ₹10,000 per night for the room, we were surprised to learn at check-in that the jacuzzi is not included and is additionally chargeable at ₹2,000. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and felt very disappointing for the price point. We hope you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements. Your property has potential, but these aspects need attention to provide the experience guests expect for the price they pay.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The location was peaceful, making it perfect for a short getaway. The highlight for me was definitely the jacuzzi – it was clean, well-maintained, and worked perfectly, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. The room was spacious and cozy, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout. The food was tasty with decent options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

This villa is exceptional. The staff provides outstanding support, and the environment is highly conducive. Furthermore, the villa is impeccably maintained.

My friend and I had booked the glass house for two days. While the room was ok. The cleanliness was highly debatable. We got two smelly towels and only one napkin. The coffee, tea tray did not have a stirrer or spoon. No showercaps. We had informed them about wanting tea on the first day itself. No tea Service. The caretaker forgot to show us buttons for geyser. We had cold showers. The garden behind was unkempt and not maintained. On the second day we left the keys for clean up and change of towels, he had made the bed but bathroom was not cleaned. No fresh towels It was as it was .for two days When we told him about lack of spoons in the tea tray he said you should ask for it. Upkeep and cleanliness should be the responsibility of Saffronstays when you are charging so much. Even basic amenities were lacking. Earlier we were told we could pre-order breakfast upon reaching there we were asked to order breakfast from outside or go out to eat. I am highly disappointed. I have used Saffron properties before but this one was a ripoff. No basic toileteries which even three star hotels provide. V upset.

The stay was good, but there is no such food available not even tea. You need to get your food with you before you arrive. Only water is available. And while booking when we check the pictures jacuzzi is been displayed but it is extra chargeable. 2k for 2 hours.

Bad- the services were paid and not mentioned while booking so please review all details before booking

There was a very beautiful glass house, i was very satisfied staying therei really liked the service and cleanliness there if i come next time, i will definitely visit there

Villa is nicely built. But maintenance is very poor - dirty curtains, towel kept on the sofa, etc. There is no swimming pool as mentioned in the description. Garden and all other facilities are shared with another 4 bedroom guest house, basically you'll be outnumbered and not be able to utilise those facilities. Poor experience, no luxury component, definitely doesn't justify the high price.

The place is nice but could be better. It looks better in the photos. It’s not maintained very well. The curtains and couch needs a wash. Be careful as the location is incorrect and even the delivery guys won’t be able to find it.

It was a nice stay, basic amenities were provided. The house is as shown in the picture and is quite close to the market. Over all it was a good exeperince.

Recommend for a short stay in panchgani. Property is well maintained by the staff and is very well equipped with tv wifi

The glass house was situated away from the hustle n bustle at the same time very near to the main market n tourist spots. The room has a fridge n microwave to assist you in your stay. White curtains n full length glass windows made the stay very romantic n perfect for me n my partner.

Offbeat location in the middle of nearly nowhere, but amazing place to relax and get away from the bustle of the city

good simple break fast . good for lonely stay . no problem to stay its safe .

The route shown on google maps to the property is absolutely incorrect. You have to take 2-3 kms back once you the location as per google maps. Also you can find the location only if the housekeeper directs you via a call.
