We stayed in this property for one night on 6th january, because we had morning flight and this hotel is close to airport. Despite the bone chilling cold in srinagar the room has no heating system and no wooden infrastructure as well no carpet covered walls which was making the room more cold, but they provided bed heating which was a relaxing facility as well as hot water in bathroom 24 hours was a positive thing but unfortunately my wife faced the terrible experience in the morning while middle of her bathing hot water got stopped and she had to finish her bath with cold water in that spine chilling temperature of the early morning. Anyway hospitality was good, staffs are well mannered. But the food was horrible, we both husband and wife found it tasteless as our booking included dinner and morning breakfast but we requested them to cancel our breakfast as we had to check out the room around 8am to catch our flight and their breakfast providing time starts after 8. 30am, but they served hot tea and bread butter toast at 8am which was quite impressive. As they have added some extra things in our dinner and i have ordered chicken kashmiri pulao, they have served all food in a large quantity but there was no taste in any of those food items and the pathetic boiled yellow rice mixed with fried chicken pieces was ashamed of it self as they have send it to us in the name of the famous delicious chicken kashmiri pulao. That dal was the worst dal l have ever had and some chicken curry that i wish my enemy should not even eat this never ever. We have spent for this and again if we visit srinagar we won't choose this place to stay for sure. Location is nearby airport but there is no eatery or market place around so it's a quiet place as well as there's no such views from any windows what you expect in the name of srinagar/kashmir. Anyways the staff are helpful and good.

Dear sir, Thank you so much for taking time and writing to us about your experience at our property. We apologise if the services were not upto your satisfaction. Regarding heating system sir we have clearly mentioned that the property is not centrally heated. We had provided you with the best quality electric blankets that make you warm and cozy through out the night. Regarding the hot water issue you have yourself mentioned that the positive thing is 24 hours hot water is available and then you have raised your query for the hot water unavailability, and the fact is the washrooms are fitted with 50 ltr geysers and once you use hot water it automatically mixes with the unutilized water in the tank. I still remember at the time of check in you your self said kindly add more quantity in our dinner and we provided you the best quality kashmiri Pulao with more quality of chicken, one chicken curry, one dal, and an item in cheese as we will skip breakfast in the morning still I asked my staff to serve the breakfast much before your check out time with coffee and butter toasts. If the quality of the food that was served wasn't upto your expectations you should have re ordered and should have complained that time only. Still if your service was not upto mark then I request your good self to book 7 star hotels for your satisfaction. Expecting all the facilities in peanuts is next to impossible sir. We still apologise if the services were not upto mark, leaving a negative review has huge impact on our business sir. Please don't take it otherwise but this is the reality.
