Review Of Grand Plaza

Stay was fine , but we asked for extension one day before and next day they said to checkout because booking is made . If they had told me I would have booked one day before. At last moment I had to find another stay within 30 minutes.

A very average stay in munnar we had food poisoning after having diner in the hotel, but friendly staff and helpfull

Hotel is very good, staff are very polite gentle and helpful. I always recommend to book the Grand Plaza at Munnar. Food are very tasty and hygienic.

The availablity of hot water was not that great

No bathrobes is there. Service is very good. Limited breakfast options but breakfast was good. Hotel is good overall and staff is there.

Stay was good, and the room service, restaurant foods are good. sleeping mattress was not up to the expected standards. Spa service was good.

I had very bad experience at our stay in Grand Plaza because of the following reasons: 1) Electricity was going every 5 min during all the day. Supply was ok only after mid night to 5am 2) The food quality also was not good. Above this the rate was too high. Better to buy food from outside. Can order through Zomato

We had a memorable stay at Grand Plaza. The front office staff, house keeping staff, dinning staff and spa staff all were nice and helpful. The cooking demonstration was awesome.

very nice property, convenient location, clean, neat and tidy. impressive interior. Very nice room facilities including beds, washrooms, hot water, kettle, tea coffee etc. food is awesome. enjoyed veg and non veg delicacy. excellent preparation. polite and friendly staff in restaurant and reception. excellent menu for breakfast and dinner. enjoyed Malabar fish and Grilled fish. it was awesome.

Great Hotel. Comfortable room, polite and caring staff. Both breakfast and dinner were great with variety of options. We booked premium room at 4th floor, it had great view of mountain and river. They have ample of parking as well. We stayed there for 3 nights. They have a very good massage Center as well. Great Hotel. Comfortable room, polite and caring staff. Excellent ok

put our grievance and do a little follow up then we can avail excellent service from them. They are polite and ever ready to help. As regards food, the complimentary breakfast was super with a variety including south and north which I enjoyed thoroughly. in the evening, tea and snack was provided as complimentary. Location of the property is close to the old state bus depot and in a peaceful area. Many restaurants are there in walkable distance. Suitable for family. I wish to avail their services again..and recommend to others

The stay was pleasant with nothing much to complain. The free breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean and the best part was 24/7 running hot water, something much needed for Munnar weather.. there wasn't much of a view from the room but it wasn't bad either.. probably one of the best views among the properties in Munnar town.. for better views you need to book away from Munnar town.. but you have plenty of options for food in the town.. wouldn't hesitate to come back again..

This is just a lodge with restaurant with no car parking inside the hotel - there is a separate parking outside the hotel. There are no amenities within the hotel for the kids /adults to spend time. Decent to stay but expensive in Makemytrip

Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to all the facilities and near to all tourist attractions. Food is really good, both veg and non-veg. Could create a kids play area at the back as it’s just a vacant area. Recreation room was under maintenance so hopefully that will be nicer once finished.

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. Overall experience is good. Rooms are very decent. Front deck and support staff as well good.

Room were old; fan are having noise. Water bottle and jug in room are not cleaned. Food is also average , spa is really good
