Not as expected
Being a 5-star hotel, the service was not up to the mark. The receptionists were very welcoming but some of the staff from the restaurant were not mannered. I would just suggest the hotel to train their staff to smile more often and treat every one equally. Room was too small and not as seen in the pictures. However, the room service was good and the best part of the whole trip was the pool and gym. I would recommend this hotel to be used by people who solely come for the purpose of business. Family vacations and couple outings are not suited for this hotel.

My prepayment was including taxes but the hotel insisted I pay tax even though I showed the receipt. Confusion exists even now. They have taken my credit card as deposit. I don't know who is wrong. Rooms are very good and free shuttle from airport, good pool, gym and health club.
