Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel

During my stay, I discovered that a sum of USD 2000] was stolen from my room on 4 November. I immediately informed the hotel management, but so far, no satisfactory action has been taken to recover my money or identify who was responsible. As the booking was made through your platform, I request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and coordinating with the hotel to resolve it promptly. Hotel experience was very good it is on main road connectivity is very good breakfast was excellent overall good services

The overall experience of my visit was average.The rooms were too small against the prices they charge. The food quality is not ok.The food they served was cold.

Basic of the hotel is good however staff is too casual as compared to other business hotels.
