Hotel stay is excellent and we reached early but still they co-ordinate and give us room with no extra charge Staff is very Good and Ms Moon and Ms lnk are very helpful and they have English speaking staff Veg and non -veg breakfast option are there They are providing extra services than what We have expected . Very Excellent stay

the location was decent, but the staff was very very polite and supportive. they helped us in all manner. from getting to fansipan to getting vegetarian breakfast options. Mrs. moon the receptionist always went an extra mile to help us. she even helped us do the fansipan tour even through we were extremely late.

Very decent room and very good staff. Got all bookings for major places in advance so no need to stand in the queue. The reception ms. Hen g and ms. Hie n were very good
