We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the staffs wer responsive and helpful. Property is at a very convenient location in Sapa. I arrived early morning, and even though room was not available, Kai at reception allowed access for me to freshen up. Also, I was supposed to check out the same night, so they allowed breakfast same day, even before checkin. Very understanding and cooperative. Thanks

our stay at Azure sapa Azure Sapa Hotel was nice and good service... it's in the central area, everything was just nearby and few are walkable. breakfast was good....
