Sapa Highland Resort & Spa

To begin with, we reached around 8pm in Sapa. There was no one to welcome us, just one guy at reception who was very rude. He first told us all rooms are checked in and there is no way they can accommodate us. However, after some heated arguement, he checked in with his manager and said they just got the booking and assigned a room. MMT has shown balcony room but we got a basic room. The guy didn’t even guide us to the room, just showed the way rudely. The very next day, we could barely see guests staying in while we were told entire hotel is occupied and a magical room just popped in for us. Food was below average, service was terrible, hospitality was never taught to these staff. Regretted paying a hefty amount for such a bad hotel.

A bit far from city centre for walk but close by if you get a taxi. Hotel was clean and good. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel location was beautiful. The property is maintained well. Staff is courteous and friendly. Food quality was also good. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and could visit the places nearby. The hotel is at a walking distance from the market.

The hotel is in prime location to cover old quarters. Staff is humble and cooperative. The room was clean they even kept our bags for free even we didn't have booking for that day. We had morning flight before their breakfast timing and they provided take way for us
