hotel location is little away from main attractions like cable car station etc but manageable by buggy. I booked family room which had a split AC inside and was too hot. Hotel Manager Ben was a very nice guy and approachable and helpful. but hotel has no amenities like glass, tea bags, plates etc. for BF they have a tie up with another restaurant where Ben takes you by hotel buggy. overall average rating. be ready to spend on buggy to reach main area..

Nice hotel. It was clean and the staffs were sweet. Just a km from the main square. You can get your tickets for the cable car and even rent a Scooty here. Overall I like it.

The Most Horrible Experience Ever.. The Staff is Rude.. They Mentioned Free Cable Car Ride while Booking and Upon Reaching they Denied to give Free Cable Car Ride.. When We showed that Our Booking They asked Us to Cancel it but they won't give the Cable Car Ride.. We Booked this Hotel at 2.5 Times the Price Compared other Hotels of Same Location and Standard only for the Cable Car.. We had to Buy Cable Car Tickets at 2 Times the Price of the Hotel Booking.. No Mosquito Repellent Machine or Liquid.. No Tea, Coffee and Sugar Sachets.. No Dustbin.. A Complete Horrible Experience..
