Very nice staff and accommodating in all arenas of best hospitality. We were offered a late check out as my wife was unwell even when the hotel was full

Apart from all facilities a hotel of wyndham’s range is supposed to have, the place was deficient in some fundamental basics- the bidet in the bathroom didn’t work for all four days we were there but it wasn’t fixed; the air conditioner didn’t work properly in the 42 degree desert heat and it wasn’t fixed despite multiple reminders. We were travel-ling with our 20 month old son and their lackadaisical attitude didn’t make things easy. We had to use a battery run fan to help him sleep. It has a new restaurant and the staff is hardly professional for a four star hotel. The restaurant food is also a hit and miss - some dishes worked out well and others were under/poorly cooked. Overall this was hugely disappointing, especially after the wonderful hospitality one gets at hilt-on and other chain hotels - wyndham could just not match up to those quality standards despite similar tariffs. This is probably the last time i’m going to stay at a wydhan hotel chain as the standards are so unevenly maintained.

It's a newly renovated hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Great pool and the breakfast buffet was very extensive. Highly recommend.

A good property to stay at! it has clean and comfortable rooms and the spread of breakfast is excellent. The staff at the reception was extremely courteous and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was prompt and hassle free. I requested for a late check-out and it was agreed to without a hitch. However, i was disappointed to find the room i was allotted not done up on my checking-in with the bed having been used and crumpled linen; and the towels in the bathroom strewn about. The reception on being informed promptly changed my room and apologised for the inconvenience. I think this was ostensibly due to an inadvertent omission by the housekeeping staff. The foregoing notwithstanding, it was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

The hotel is overall average location is out skirt room size very very small and washroom is so so small ( restaurent and bar are perfect and so is the spa
