It was a prepaid stay and i paid to mm t before leaving india. When i checked in to hotel in us, hotel staff reported that they are unable to charge virtual card shared by mm t as it is getting declined. They raised concern with mm t but i was the one who was getting call from mm t every night. Since it was night in us when it is day in india, customer support used to call me in my night time at 12, 2, 3 etc. And ask me if issue is resolved. I had to explain that they should be calling hotel not me and also what was the issue hotel staff are facing. Finally after horrible 4 nights, i asked for refund so that i can pay directly to hotel. Jet-lag and these horrible night calls made my stay a real nightmare.
