Warm and courteous staff and excellent facilities.
Wonderful room and dinning facilities. Warm and courteous staff at the reception and the restaurant. There was also a shop in the Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco where you could buy food. I found it particularly helpful as I could buy fruits, snacks, smoothies, muffins, sandwiches etc to carry on for my day tours at very reasonable prices. Overall a great place to stay.

Hotel is good. Convenient because i work in the neighborhood. Food is very expensive though. Also - would be good to introduce more vegan and vegetarian options.

It was a very pleasant experience. The Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco staff was very friendly made the stay more beautiful. They were helpful to help us find our lost glasses or even heat up our food. Location is very convenient to get around in different directions. Must stay.
