We stayed there for one night and the staff made sure it was memorable to us for all the wrong reasons. We travel a lot and I hardly put across any bad reviews. But I couldn't stop myself from posting for this hotel and its staff. The staff especially the manager is awful she is the rudest person I have come across in hospitality and I didn't understand why was she so arrogant and rude to us. First I called to inform that i'm coming for a celebration and we'll be arriving late on which she rudely replied you can buy what you want I will not be sending anything to you, and she banged the phone on my face Second when we reached we asked for a change to pay to the taxi which she gave a deaf year I told her we have booked and requested for a room with 2 queen beds as our child is big which she again rudely just put across the room keys and said I dont have any rooms for you. I told her please give me clean rooms as I had read sum bad reviews about the cleanliness about the rooms on that she started shouting at the reception that if the reviews were so bad why the hell did you book us there was no need to book us, you can go out and find another hotel. It was 11pm and we had no option with the child to find another hotel and any ways they had charged us for two queen beds and in return gave is the smallest room with one queen bed When I entered the room it was stinking the carpets were dirty and the AC was not working I requested her to change my room which again she slammed the phone on my face. The carpets were dirty I requested for a room slippers for which she said its chargeable and then she didn't even send it across to our room. I still dont understand why was she shouting on us we were not deaf. I think the hotel should appoint such staff who should not take out their own frustrations on the clients, after all, they are, I too the hospitality business.
