San Francisco Marriott Union Square

The Best western was not a hotel but a motel, we were fooled into going to the 1 star propert with ageing everything

The position of the Hotel is good. The Bar is well stacked. The Beds are just enough for one, so if someone is looking for a triple share, its tough for 2 in one bed. The Valet personel are utterly irresponsible and even can make errors of landing up your bills with parking charges even if you have not come with a car if your own. The issue was resolved from the front desk but we lost 40 mins during our check out and we had a flight to catch. My point is if card can be used for room access it should also be for parking.If not, then it is serious wuestion regarding identity of car and security protocol. Not at all expected from Marriott

I am a repeat customer at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very good. Everything right from good food to shopping center is within 10 min area.

The hotel is located in a very premium business area of sfo. Nice big and spacious rooms with all the basic amenities available. The staff is courteous and friendly. Good wifi available throughout the building. All the premium stores, cafes and diners are just walking distance from the hotel. I had a very comfortable stay there. Just one thing that can be improved is the availability of drinking water outside the rooms. If there could be a fountain or daily replacements of water bottles, it would be great.
