Clean big rooms on ox-on hill, but bad neighbourhood

The Comfort Inn Oxon Hill is 10 mins from maryland harbor, 40mnis from airport or washington dc bus / train station. I stayed at room 403. The room is quite big for a single person with two queen beds. There was a refrigerator, microwave cooker, etc within the room. The toilet had some issues with the shower knob. Otherwise very clean. Service is good, the staff at reception is helpful. The complimentary breakfast is from 6:30am till 9:30am. Mostly egg, no chicken. If you are vegan, you may have very less choice. The neighbour has many homeless people on drugs. So walking around is not a choice after sunset. There is a big parking space around the Comfort Inn Oxon Hill. However, i would not keep my car there the whole night. Inside the Comfort Inn Oxon Hill is all good.
