Good place to stay, not so good support.

Stay and location is good. It is still a decent walk to main hollywood walk of fame area. Virtual desk experience is not so good, the policies are not travel friendly. My check-in was delayed by an hour but there was no extension provided in check-out to compensate that instead they asked for extra fair for extension. I had the checkout and check-in on same day to switch unit as I had done 2 separate booking and had to keep the luggage in common facility which is never available and even if it is available, I was asked to collect it before 6, which can disturb tour whole plan for the day as LA is big city and coming to Kasa Sunset Los Angeles just to collect luggage and shift is not easy. The staff at property were kind to keep my luggage and shift it to new unit. Even though I had one booking for 2 days and asked for room service next day, it was not done. All in all, property is good to stay but there were enough hiccups and small nuances which made the overall experience not so great!
