Stay was very comfortable. Very clean. Food good. Staff good. Location very near to airport. Taxi available

The property is really not upto the expectation. The rooms look like hostel rooms and they were very smelly. The beds had bed bugs and it caused too much of skin issues. In the room there were no dental kits, no water bottles and no proper lighting. The washroom was too small and fridge was empty. Literally the restaurant food items were very limited and you will end up with big disappointment. If you call at the automated saved numbers from the telephone it always land to a wrong person and it made it even more worse.

The hotel is near to lax airport. The rooms were clean and good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I checked -in this hotel, the service level at the reception was not good it was so terrible and highly negative. After my check-in I had to move for my breakfast in the cafe the moment I entered into the restaurant the lady asked me please handover your breakfast voucher I surprised and I said it's included in my meal plan I again went to reception to ask for the lady on the reception to whom I asked again denied later once I showed my company voucher where it was clearly written about my plan breakfast was included, she later smartly changed her statement it's included so may also the hotel management where is this? On the other lady to whom I asked for this she was too rude, unprofessional, such a kind of non-cooperative and non-courtesy staff on the reception are really non-acceptable at all. I didn't the way she dealt and I said this is the case of miss conducted and also against hotel hospitality. I would proudly say the level of respect, integrity, and values are more in India rather than any other place I found in many places across world. But this not recommended hotel to stay please book another good around can be fat best options to stay near La.

The stay was very comfortable. Only thing was I had to pay extra for the car parking. Other than that no complaints

No one is ever available on the front desk or house keeping. I wanted to use the laundry room, but wasn't able to figure out how to use it. Went to the front desk and the lady was super rude! Almost seemed like she didn't care. When that didn't work out, I went back to my room on the 7th floor and called the house keeping. The lady there said, she would send someone to help me, but no one came. I waited in the laundry room for 15 mins and no one came. In the morning I ordered eggs for breakfast, even if it was expensive. The toast came burnt! I called for another toast and the person from the kitchen said it will be right there, but it never came. 1.5 hours later a lady came, and on asking her why she is late she said she doesn't know, someone just gave it to her. Think twice before staying here. Poor hygiene, bad washrooms, dusty common areas is all I can say about this hotel.

We only stayed for one night. They are operating out of a make shift enclosure. The paint and stuff is all chipping off the hotel fixtures. Very old and dilapidated.

Decent for overnight stay while in transit.
