Good stay but could be better

Good stay with spacious rooms, cleanliness and location close to mall and other amenities. I would have given it excellent rating but i found one staff at the reception extremely rude for no good reason. Otherwise it was a nice and peaceful stay.
Good for short stay, however need more attension upon cleanness

Hotel staff is not cooperative and clealness is not proper however good for short stay i have visited buffalo to meet my son studying in sunny at buffalo.

Clean neat and good ambiance. Staff are very polite and respectful. A kettle might have been provided in the room for making hot water. Other wise it is a good stay.
