There front office staff ( kancey) was not well trained. Despite having paid everything in advance we were charged 230 dollars & further i was told that they have not recieved the money despite showing them the message that money was debited from my account. Tgey again charged me 40 dollars & when i checked out on 22nd jun e 2023. I was told that both these amount would automatically be refunded within next 5 days. I am writing this review as on 2nd july & i still haven't are cived either amount. Breakfast & food was otherwise ok. Also were told that room cleaning is only done when informed by guests while no such information was given at the time of checkin.
