Excellent hotel to stay in reading with family and kids

We had awesome stay in holiday in Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG for approx 2 weeks. With outstanding experience in uae and america, we came with great expectation and it exceeded our expectation. We are a family with 2 kids and had good family time. Our summary of the experience is as below: 1. Checkin and front desk: we arrived early for the Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG check in and we're greetky charmingly by ms. Grace and ms zee/saffiya. Mr. Richard's provided great company to my kids with his unique wit and fun. All together front staffs including ms grace, ms zee, mr. Richard's and ms. Cristel make our stay greatly memorable. They helped us create good fond memories of the Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG and reading. The front staff made it 10 out 10. 2. Room and room service: our family room was spacious room with sofa bed and queen bed. The mattress was greatly comfortably. The room amenities were outstanding from hsmpoo, hind wash, conditionar tea and coffee station. The room great day light glasses and had smart tv. Room service was great with daily cleaning and refilling services. Room was 9 out of 10. 3. Dining experience: the dining experience at all day dining restaurant was great. The food was sumptuous with great mix of international and local flavours. We were greatly served by mr. Sulayman, ms mehak, ms. Lotty and mr. Mohamed. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. 4. Others aspects: the property has nice garden setting with ample parking space and lush green areas. The bus stop is right in front and it help you reach reading city center in 10 minutes. Overall 5/5 Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG, where i would like to return as soon as i can.

I did not had food. Staff behaviour was nice and very friendly. Incident impressed me was I had request for cab to be arrange for us but cab which arrived was small and my luggage would have not fit in that cab so I requested Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG reception for a bigger car as my luggage would not fit so they requested and cab provider the same and arranged a big car without any cost of cancellation. Everything was perfect.
