Exceptional service by Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport staff. Especially Kiran in the breakfast buffet restaurant. She went beyond her job to ensure I get everything I need to my taste. Also, special appreciation to Robert, the House keeping Manager, who went all out of his way to help me with getting me a big box to pack my stuff, and he helped me personally with all the packing. I will surely recommend anyone to Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport to anyone looking for a quality stay at best value in London. Excellent Hospitality.

Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport is a nice Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport. The property is excellent, the hospitality was good, and the food was also good. On the next day, I stayed at a Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport near Heathrow Airport, where there was free shuttle service from the airport, whereas at Gatwick I had to pay for it. Also, complimentary water bottles were available at the Heathrow Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport, but not at Gatwick. Overall, it was excellent.
