Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

It was a short stay at manchester but i really liked the food, cleanliness and location so we would say that it was short but nice stay. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to the airport for our india flight from this hotel

Very humble staff, the most efficient in my entire trip to the united kingdom. At a stone throws distance from the airport. Good breakfast options and optimal room sizing. Special mentions to habiba, guff-ran and edward.

Very easy to find and a short trip to the airport for your flight. Check in staff excellent. Bar area and staff are also excellent. The rooms are very comfortable with a fridge which is very useful.

Stayed for just a night, the shuttle service from the airport was prompt, I was picked up within 5 minutes after I gave them a call, clean room and facilities, staff were courteous and helpful.

The location is the only positive. It is right next to the airport in Manchester and they provide a free pick up and drop service. I we stayed in Crown Plazas in the middle east and in India, and I'd expected the one in England to be the best bad sadly it was the worst. The hotel is old. Everything feels old and used. It so clean but could be better. House keeping didn't answer both the times if called. There is no concierge service, no one helps you with your bags. Staff at the reception look over worked and tired. They tried to do their best, but just didn't feel good. I mean, I know I'm asking for too much, but sometimes when you are at a hotel completely exhausted from your journey, a smiley face brightens up your day. I ate at the bar food was average, expensive obviously it was a hotel rate.
