Britannia Manchester Hotel

Horrible rooms. Worst ever hotel I have stayed in my life. Food, amenities and service deserve zero.

It’s a bare-bones hotel that does just the basics, but that is more than enough for the price. The location is brilliant, and the staff are courteous enough which is what counts. If you need a place to crash for the night, you can’t go wrong by choosing this place. The only oddity here is the windows without rooms, which can be pretty hot in the summers. There’s a fan, but beware that the room can get stuffy.

A really good hotel, centrally located, looked super luxurious and very pretty, rooms were huge and beds were comfortable. the bathroom as up so my elderly parents preferred sleeping near to it. we had all amenities, including ironing board in room. enjoyed our stay here. Its a heritage building which houses the hotel, location is good, easily accessible. Excellent interiors. However, the connect was lacking. From the front office to the dinning hall. The food is same english spread. The rooms were clean but washroom are cramed up . Overall a average stay.

Hotel is in city centre exactly and I found it very neat and clean. Ambience is classic and really impressive. Room was spacious, clean, well maintained and bedding was perfect. Overall the experience was really great. Staff is well behaved and you can keep your luggage in luggage room and do your stuff outside. Nice hotel !

Good hotel prime location good staff especially ops manager mr sabareesh and his colleague manisha. The things need improvement is the breakfast. It has very less spread and the quality needs great improvement. The hotel needs to have sky subscription as no live matches are being telecast-ed. Even in the bar.

No room service provided. Paid wifi. Poor breakfast. Never going to stay here. Look for better hotels in the area.

Location is good but the service is very bad, not even clean my room daily i book this hotel for 8 days, they don’t even give essential hygiene things, not provide any staff for my luggage shifting

The property location is pretty good and in the main city of manchester, the connectivity is good, the food is awesome, and service is up to the mark

The place is slightly shady so i did not feel completely safe. Also the rooms were ok (not very good. I would only recommend this stay if you have a strict budget and staying just for a night.

A very big hotel. Average rooms with no facilities at all. Our room was on 6th floor and it took us more than 15 minutes to find it because it was in some far distant corner. They charged us just for a window. They should have mentioned it on company that charger for with window and without window are separate. Room and bed was not uncomfortable at all.

Only plus is location, no Wi-Fi after 20 min.
Only 20 min Wi-Fi is available, after that you have to pay for the day if you want Wi-Fi. Just the outlook is 3 star but inside it's no better than 2 star. Location is the only plus point for this hotel.

Location is very near to main attractions.
