Great stay and hotel with good hospitality. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful which made the stay memorable

Comfortable stay for family with kids - easy approach to tube station and short taxi ride to Tower of London plus there are lot of shops nearby.

We recently stayed in the Skyline Studio and were very happy with the room itself—it was modern, clean, and comfortable. The in-room amenities were good and made for a pleasant experience overall. That said, if you’re planning to stay longer than a week or two (we stayed for over two weeks), I’d recommend booking a room with a full kitchen and in-unit washer-dryer. While the hotel does provide free access to laundry facilities in the basement (for those who booked the room without the washer-dryer unit), it’s limited to only one washer-dryer unit shared by all guests—which quickly becomes a source of frustration. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered multiple issues with guests leaving their laundry in the machines overnight, causing significant delays. Frustratingly, there’s no system in place to manage usage or notify guests when cycles are done. When we raised this with the staff, they told us they don’t get involved because it’s a hygiene issue for them to touch or remove someone else’s laundry—yet somehow it’s acceptable for guests to handle each other’s clothes. In the end, we found ourselves waiting until 2 a.m. for a dryer that was never emptied. Honestly, we would have preferred to pay £8 at a nearby laundromat than deal with the inconvenience and lack of accountability. Final thoughts: The room is great and the hotel is well-suited for short stays, but if you’re staying longer and looking to access the washer, either book the rooms with full amenities, including personal washer-dryer or just get it done from a laundromat since the lack of proper laundry management is a serious drawback. It’s disappointing that such a well-kept property falls short in such a basic but essential area for long-term guests.

Hotel is well maintain, Daily complimentry tea and coffe service is very good, only one prob when staff take deposit amt, at the time of chek our not return in time.. so this is big negative thing

Second stay at this place in a week. There was a glitch in their system and i was given a room not to my liking and i voiced my unhappiness. Mohammad from the from desk was understanding and did his best to rectify. And as soon as the system was up, he came and shifted me to the alloyed room. Very helpful and warm staff. Very nice hotel.
