Second stay at this place in a week. There was a glitch in their system and i was given a room not to my liking and i voiced my unhappiness. Mohammad from the from desk was understanding and did his best to rectify. And as soon as the system was up, he came and shifted me to the alloyed room. Very helpful and warm staff. Very nice The Gate London City.

Hotel is well maintain, Daily complimentry tea and coffe service is very good, only one prob when staff take deposit amt, at the time of chek our not return in time.. so this is big negative thing
