Tavistock Hotel

Location was great .service was great rooms were bit small . old hotel though bit costly not value for money

Location of the hotel was the best. We met the politest of staff. Though the room cleaning is not perfect but manageable.

The room was not clean wgen we checked in and had to ask them to clean it again

It was nice not any extraordinary on that price

The service provided was of the poorest level, tiny rooms, attitude of staff was totally unacceptable, and non carer type. Unfriendly staff, arrogant, breakfast quality very bad. Total rating for this Hotel stay is zero.

Good place, good location.. But room allocated was not double bad but twin beds... And not changed even after request... I personally feel that hotels responds to the guests who book rooms online was not appropriate.

We had a wonderful stay at Tavistock Hotel. The location is great, making popular tourist spots very accessible. The hotel staff was also extremely warm and hospitable, responding to room service requests within minutes. We left the hotel very satisfied with the services provided.

Hotel is in a nice location very close to Russell Square tube station. Complimentary breakfast is good. The only issue is with the WiFi that is available only in the lobby and not in rooms. Room that was given to me was small for 2 people with very little room for movement. Toilet was clean.
