Experience was good apart from the fact that minibar and slippers as mentioned in the amenities committed were refused by the hotel management.. it’s problematic on the side of customer who feels cheated in these scenarios

The hotel was very near to central london and the room service was great as well. All the staffs were really helpful with any queries. Definitely would recommend to visit.

The property is clean but there was no natural light in the room that i had. Room service missed cleaning the room on some days and did not replenish water on most days. I left my reading glasses in the room and they were unable to find them which was extremely surprising. Also breakfast was exactly the same every day, got boring after a point.
