The staff at bermonds lock e were very warm and helpful. Had a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean. The location is very convenient. Overall a great experience. Definitely planning to stay here in my next trip.

The studios are not the size as advertised. They're much smaller and compact. First when we checked in they gave a horribly tiny studio where would barely even stand or breathe. After a lot of requesting they finally gave us a decent sized studio. Most of the rooms feel very claustrophobic and badly ventilated. The ground level is pretty good and their cafe has some great coffees

Additionally, the room i was given didn't quite match the larger suite that was advertised to me during booking. The discrepancy in room layout and size was a tad disappointing, especially when the front desk clarified that larger suites were already occupied. My room was 505 recommendations for the management to ensure a seamless booking experience for future guests, i would suggest that the management take proactive steps. Providing pictures and descriptions of different room types, including smaller suites, courtyard rooms, and those on higher floors, can help guests make better-informed decisions. After all, travelers often rely on reviews and visuals to shape their expectations. I paid 1500 pounds based on pictures and reviews.
